I’m telling you fruit power here! Did you see my watermelon pizza on Instagram in the Summer? I actually only posted this on Instagram and not on my blog. I thought it would be good to post it on my blog as well. I ate so much watermelon in this really amazing warm Summer and I decided to make this pizza for breakfast. Super healthy and good as dessert as well.
I liked the homemade cashew paste on top and it’s very easily made.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup cashew nuts
1 tbsp date syrup
1 tbsp orange juice
1 tsp baobab powder
2 tbsp coconut oil
3 tbsp soy yogurt
Blend everything together and start topping your watermelon pizza.
