Een dagje veganistisch eten in Utrecht

Bf en ja… tevens mijn verloofde, verraste mij laatst met een dagje Utrecht. Hij besloot een diner te reserveren bij een compleet plantaardig restaurant en omdat we toch eerder op de dag geen plannen hadden, besloten we een dagje Utrecht te doen en spotten wij verschillende veganistische plekken. Vegan Persian ratatouille tasting

Bruine bonen met rijst | Brown beans with rice (recipe)

In Dutch we call this dish: bruine bonen met rijst but also BB met R and in English: brown beans with rice. Brown beans with rice is a typical Surinamese dish that I love so much. My mother had to make this for me all the time. In this recipe, it’s about the sauce that’s made with brown beans so if you’re a bean lover just like me then go try it out. It’s also very simple to make.
