Hi there, we’re going from quick vegan pho to quick vegan saoto soup. Saoto is traditionally a Surinamese chicken soup with egg that I veganized in a way that you can make it even after a 9 till 5 working day. Saoto soup is without hesitation my favorite soup so I eat it many times and with this quick way you can eat it many times too if you want to ;-).
- Vegan pho is really one of my favorite soups but like many other soups that I love, it’s originally not vegan. I got inspired by a recipe of Allerhande to make a quick pho and I veganized it. If you follow me on Instagram you van tell that many of my dishes are not only vegan but gluten-free as well. The reason for that, I’ll mention in another blog post.
What do you think of cheesecake? I really love it! In this photo, you can see that I couldn’t hold myself. I ate 25% of the cheesecake but I actually wanted to eat the whole cake…
I wanted to make a vegan strawberry cheesecake for so long and I finally made one.
It’s actually a pretty healthy one. It has no cane sugar, only raw ingredients and the good fatties! Lets get to it!
Remember my blog post of the plant-based food bar Mr. & Mrs. Watson. The place with so many different cheeses. If you didn’t read it you should take a look for sure. By the way, they just happened to won the ‘Peta Vegan Food Awards 2017!’
Making vegan cheese just started for me and I’m loving it!
I’m a cheese lover and I miss cheese a lot especially the sharper ones. The vegan versions of sharp cheeses are so difficult to get in a grocery store or natural shop so I’ll be definitely doing more recipes for vegan cheeses and this is #1. It was a success! Read how I made vegan brie. Lees verder “#1 Making vegan cheeses (how to make vegan brie)”
There is nothing more delightful than spending time on a conscious food fair with food that’s free of gluten, dairy, sugar, meat, fish or even soy and palm oil.
Here is where I need your help. I have these seaweed croutons from Mas Newen and I was thinking about making bacon seaweed with it.
