Ik was mijn haren om de anderhalve week en dat doe ik door een co-wash te doen. Een co-wash is je haren wassen met een conditioner. Om de 5 á 6 weken was ik mijn haar met een shampoo. Ik ben een echte twist-out verslaafde. Al vanaf het moment dat ik natural ging. Om mijn twist-out goed te doen bevochtig ik mijn haar met water. Daarna doe ik een moisturizer erin en ga ik twisten. Ik besteed vaak extra aandacht aan de punten omdat deze het meest breekbaar zijn. Vaak deel ik mijn haar in vieren en per deel doe ik 3 of 4 twists. Lees verder “Twist-Out Addict”
