Ik zit echt niet te wachten op die 4.0. No wayyyy! Maarja je ontkomt er niet aan dus moet je iets beter gaan zorgen voor je lichaam of eigenlijk is het de zorg die je lichaam nodig heeft maar waar we eigenlijk vaak niet aan denken. We zijn zo gewend te leven hoe we leven dat we vaak niet beter weten of beter gezegd… Niet beter kennen.
